Our clothes

Who creates and produces the clothes?

Every single item in our shop is designed, drafted, cut and sewn by Lin herself! This allows us to customise our designs to your requirements and wishes.

When do new items become available?

We add new items to our online shop every Thursday. All our prints are limited editions with max. 7 to 8 pieces and some sell out super quickly! Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram to always be among the first to learn of new arrivals.

You only have one item still available but I can still choose the size. How is it possible?

Unlike mainstream fashion brands, we do not stock items in different sizes, fabrics, or colours. The first item of a new design or fabric is tailored for a photo shoot and after that the remaining fabric waits for customers. Each item is made to order specifically for you. Using this method, you will never be frustrated because your size is no longer available and we can even make items to fit your measurements.

Will you make me a custom item?

We can adapt existing designs to create a unique custom piece for you. If you only need a custom size because your measurements are different from our sizes or between two sizes, please send us your exact measurements and we will custom-fit your item.

Do you have sales?

We occasionally organize sales and samples sales.

Order & Shipments

Do you ship internationally?

All the items can the shipped by Post worldwide. The shipping costs are 4€ for Germany and 6€ to any other country. All our items are shipped with international registered mail. A Tracking Number will be issued and sent to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. We will ship your order within 1 week but are not responsible for the delays due to shipping. If you wish to ship using another company, please contact us.

Can I return an item?

We gladly accept returns (minus shipping costs) of brand new, unworn items returned in perfect condition and in the original parcel. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. Please follow the return procedure (see below) if you wish to return an item.

As a small business, we kindly recommend that you only order items you hope to keep, rather than placing large orders with the expectation of returning many pieces.

Each item is handmade and the production is limited. We cannot afford to work in the same manner as big companies in providing you full freedom to order and return clothes. Of course we offer a full return policy for items which don´t fit as expected. We are thankful for you assistance in helping us minimizing the returns.

How can I return an item?

  1. Contact us by email within 14 days of delivery to notify us your intention to return an item.
  2. Place the brand-new, unworn item in the original parcel.
  3. You are free to use any postal or courier service but you must obtain a tracking number.
  4. Send us the package within 30 days of delivery. Email us the tracking number immediately after posting your return that we can track the package.

Customized or personalized items can not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer has to ship the item(s) back with a tracking number and communicate this to us. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer.

How to you issue the refund?

Once we have received your returned item in perfect condition, we will issue a refund for your purchase excl. shipping costs via PayPal. PayPal usually processes refunds within 24 hours.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

We do not have an exchange policy. We suggest that you follow the above procedure for returns, and then place a new order from the online shop.

Caring for your garments

How should I clean my Lin Creations garment?

All clothes are machine-washable at up to 40°C /104°F. Please turn your clothes inside out before washing or use a mesh wash bag. Choose synthetics or gentle cycle. Lay your clothes flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. Treat your Lin Creations outfit with care and it will last hundreds of tandas.
